The product looks great. The morph feature really makes the mug unique and the fact that the artwork is custom really make it a great product.

The print's clarity could be improved. My image was high quality but the print's sharpness isn't 100%. Still very impressed with it nonetheless. The artwork can't be extended right to the very top and bottom of the cup. Would have loved if it covered the entire area of the cup but it's fine.

I bought one of these as a Christmas gift to myself and it is just wonderful~ From some angles it looks more brown than black, but it's not something that bothers me. Depending on the color of the photo you use, you may be able to see a bit of it under the black/brown. It is still a pleasant surprise when the dark, barely visible photo comes out in it's full, vibrant glory
